Ghostwriter

One of PBS's finer programs if I do say so myself. Anyone else remember that show? About a group of New York City teens who with the help of an invisible ghost were able to solve mysteries using letters and numbers as clues. At the time, I have to say, totally believable. But in hindsight, I'm actually kind of surprised none of them was ever killed, or at least severely beaten up.

Perhaps when we were younger the criminals in New York City were a little more forgiving to a group of adolescent detectives... or maybe just really afraid of a ghost that could spell letters in the air.
